1. Company Warranty
   We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship.

Service Guarantee: Cruiscape warrants that all gift-wrapping services are performed with professional care. If a wrap or decorative element is found to be structurally defective (e.g., adhesive failure or improper assembly) at the time of pickup or delivery, we will rectify it immediately at no extra cost.

Material Quality: We use premium papers, ribbons, and embellishments. Please note that natural wear and tear or damage caused by improper handling after the item leaves our premises is not covered.

2. Returns and Exchanges
   Customized Services: As gift wrapping is a personalized service, refunds are not applicable once the service has been completed and the materials have been used.

Defective Products: If you purchase a retail item from us (e.g., a greeting card, specialized gift box, or ornament) that is found to be defective, you are entitled to an exchange or refund within 7 to 14 days, provided you have the original receipt and the item is in its original condition.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” on service-based orders once production has started.

3. Online Ordering Process
   Selection: Browse our wrapping styles, box sizes, and themes on our platform.

Customization: Provide details regarding the gift size and any specific messages for greeting cards or tags.

Booking/Payment: Confirm your order via our secure checkout. For bespoke or bulk corporate orders, a deposit may be required.

Drop-off/Collection: You may drop off your gifts at our Mankhool Branch or book our “Pickup & Wrap” service.

4. Shipping and Delivery
   Processing Time: Standard orders are processed within 24–48 hours.

Local Delivery (Dubai): We offer same-day or next-day delivery within Dubai for orders placed before 12:00 PM.

Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the size/fragility of the wrapped items.

Handling: All wrapped gifts are shipped in protective outer packaging to ensure the decorative wrap arrives in pristine condition.

Recipient Verification: For high-value items, the courier may require a signature or Emirates ID verification upon delivery.
